Your date is reserved with a signed rental agreement and down payment. Until both are received, your date is considered open. Please contact us so we can check your date availability and email you a copy of our rental agreement.
No need for the hassle of outside rentals. You are welcome to customize your décor, but everything you need including tables, chairs, and our large selection of décor is available for use at no extra charge.  Click here to see what’s included.
Yes. We work with several amazing catering companies. You may also bring in food. We do not charge a fee for using your own caterer.
When it comes to alcohol, we do require guests to use one of our preferred, licensed and insured bartending services. If you find another service or caterer that is licensed to serve alcohol, you are welcome to bring them- we just need their license and insurance information. Cash bars are not permitted at 4 Points.
Although we love our own fur baby, we do not allow pets at 4 Points Farm during tours or on rental dates. With permission, you may include your pet in an outdoor engagement photo shoot. Local leash laws apply.
There are two wonderful vacation rentals directly across the street from 4 Points that ARE pet-friendly. Your fur baby can be close, and you can even get family pictures while all dressed up for your Big Day.

A Saturday event is $4899.  This price includes use of the barn, farm, and all amenities from noon to 11 pm.  No sales tax is charged and cleanup is included.  You are also welcome to a one- hour rehearsal the day before your wedding.  We have different pricing for Friday/Sunday and weekday rentals.  We also have seasonal pricing December- February, and October.  Please contact us for more information.
4 Points Farm is conveniently located off of Birds Creek Rd., just a 10 or 15 minute drive with no steep roads, back to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, or Sevierville. Our address is 3692 Old Birds Creek Road, Sevierville. Click here to find out more about the farm.
There is convenient parking for 53 cars including 50 gravel parking spots and 3 paved handicap spots. We also have overflow parking in the front of the farm.
Glad you asked. Our venue is accessible by wide main roads. I joke that “we make you wiggle, but we don’t make you climb.” There are no steep hills to our venue, and you still get views of Mt. LeConte. We have a map you can share with guests. https://4pointsfarm.com/directions.
Yes. Our area is home to some 12 million visitors each year, so lodging options are nearly boundless. From inexpensive hotels to luxury log cabins, any accommodation your group will need is nearby. You can see our recommendations here- https://4pointsfarm.com/lodging
Our facilities can accommodate up to 199 guests seated comfortably inside or outside. We suggest at least 40 guests to fill our spacious venue.
Yes. The barn has central heat and air conditioning. Your guests will be comfortable year-round.
4 Points provides all the physical items you need for your Big Day- tables, chairs, linens, decor, etc.  You are free to customize your ceremony any way you want! We have a great list of vendors for all your wedding needs including wedding coordinators, officiants, bakers, florists, DJ’s, photographers, caterers, and even lodging recommendations.
If you are interested in a “one stop shop” for your wedding, reach out to one of our coordinators and share your budget with them. They are experts in creating “all inclusive” packages to make planning a breeze!
Yes. We love to show off, but for the privacy of our guests we ask anyone interested to schedule a private tour.
Tour start times are available Monday-Wednesday 9-5:00.
On Thursdays we have tours starting from from 9-3:00.
On Weekends we are usually hosting events, but I can “sneak” you in early.
A tour typically takes about 20-30 minutes.
